STATS – A CERTIFIED FOOD GRADE TRANSPORTATION PROCESS
Sanitary Transportation of Human and Animal Food.
The rule establishes requirements for shippers, loaders,
carriers and receivers by truck, rail or ocean, transporting
human and animal food, to implement, ensure and document
correct Sanitary Transportation practices to ensure food safety
in the nation's supply chain.

Sanitize to Achieve Food Grade status with the use of SaniSafe's STATS easy-to-use proprietary, efficacious, safe, and cost effective process. We use an EPA registered antimicrobial solution specifically formulated for food borne pathogens & applied with electrostatic spray equipment.

Produce hauled in containers that have been properly sanitized are under far less pressure from spoilage bacteria such as various Pseudomonas bacterium and pectolytic bacteria. See slide gallery below for samples from treated and untreated containers

STATS removes the burden of tracking and auditing. Every container treatment event, applicator ID, spray unit, location, and date/time is recorded and securely maintained permanently. Data access available only to authorized personnel – downstream customers, FDA inspectors and your compliance/legal department.

When empty containers are turned away at loading docks it causes time consuming and annoying problems with dock logistical operations. Per FreightWaves SONAR data, in the US reefer tender rejection rates are at 14-15% due to cleanliness/odor issues. SST helps to mitigate these problems.

Excess water use creates excess problems including exponentially more pathogen growth. STATS proprietary Dry Clean process, uses less than 1 quart of sanitizing liquid per treatment for a 53' refrigerated container with no run off, no water reclamation issues, and no VOC's – all with less water related costs.

Traditional washouts require that the unit stand idle until all interior surfaces are dry. This runs up fuel usage and wastes driver time. Coupled together this amounts to $91/hr. STATS reduces this number significantly, getting the driver underway without delay for efficient pickup & timely delivery.

We are offering a complete sanitized
environment for the safe transportation of food products.
